Who handles your data

Borsoga LLC, based in Miami, Florida (United States), is responsible for the information you enter and send through this site. In this document we refer to ourselves as “Borsoga Studio” or “the studio”.

For anything to do with your data you can write to us at borsogastudio@gmail.com.

What information we collect

We only ask for what we need to prepare your proposal and, if you hire us, to draw up the contract. We don't buy databases and we don't collect information about you on our own.

• Your full legal name, email address and phone number.
• If you sign as a company: the entity's legal name, its state of registration, who signs and their role.
• If you're not the owner of the property: the owner's name and email, since they're the one who has to sign the contract.

• The address of the property where the project would take place.
• Your answers about the type of project, the spaces, the size, the finish level, the timeline and who makes the decision.
• The investment range you tell us, if you choose to share it. It's optional.
• Whether you're already working with a contractor or an architect.

• Photographs of the interior of the property.
• Drawings, appliance spec sheets and other documents you send us.

• We save your answers in your browser's local storage so you can leave the questionnaire and pick it up where you left off.
• Our server logs the usual connection data, such as IP address and browser, for security and to detect automated submissions.

What we use your information for

• Prepare the estimate and the proposal for your project.
• Contact you to answer questions or book a call or a visit.
• Draw up the contract and handle payment if you decide to hire us.
• Send you a link to pick the questionnaire back up if you leave it halfway.
• Prevent automated submissions, spam and abuse of the form.

We don't use your data for advertising and we don't add you to newsletters. If at some point we want to write to you about something other than your project, we'll ask you separately.

The photos of your space

We know these are photos of the inside of your home or your premises, so we treat them with the same care as contact details.

• They're kept in private storage, not in a public or indexable folder.
• Only the Borsoga Studio team working on your project sees them.
• We don't share them with third parties, we don't sell them, and we don't use them to train artificial intelligence systems.
• We don't publish them in our portfolio or on social media unless you give us express permission. We ask about it in the questionnaire and confirm it in writing in the contract. You can say no and nothing about the service changes.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the providers we need in order to operate, and only what's strictly necessary:

• Our web hosting and email provider, to store the information and send you messages.
• Our payment processor, if you hire us, to collect the deposit. The studio does not store your card or account numbers.
• Our electronic signature provider, if you hire us, so you can sign the contract.
• A contractor, architect or engineer, only when your project requires it and only if you authorise us to.

We may also have to hand over information if required by an authority or a court order.

How long we keep it

• If you write to us and we never end up working together, we keep your enquiry for up to <strong>24 months</strong> and then delete it.
• If you hire us, we keep the project file for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as the accounting and tax obligations applicable in Florida require.
• You can ask us to delete your data before those periods are up, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The files you upload are stored in a private area with restricted access, and the studio's accounts are protected with their own passwords. No system is infallible: if a breach were to affect your information, we would tell you.

Your rights

Write to us and we'll help, wherever you're writing from. You can ask us to:

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Delete your information.
• A copy of your data in a format you can reuse.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, including permission to publish your project.

We respond within 30 days at most. We don't charge for it and we don't penalise you for exercising these rights.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. The questionnaire uses your browser's local storage to save your answers as you go, so you don't lose them if you close the page. That information stays on your device and you can remove it by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Minors

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we find we've received a minor's data, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything, we update the date in the header. When a change is significant and affects ongoing projects, we tell you by email.
